We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to request permanent deletion of your Harley account and associated data.
Before You Delete
Please complete the following steps before deleting your account:
- ☐Cancel your subscription
Account deletion does not cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
- ☐Notify your event attendees
If you have upcoming events, consider notifying attendees before deleting your account. While they will receive an automatic cancellation notification, a personal message helps them make alternative plans.
- ☐Inform your club members
If you run any clubs, let your members know before you leave. Your clubs will be archived when you delete your account, and members will be notified automatically.
- ☐Settle any outstanding payments
Ensure all payments for events or services are completed before deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
📱 Delete from the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from the Harley app:
- Open the Harley app and go to your Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Danger zone section
- Tap Delete account
- Review the information about what will happen to your data
- Check the confirmation checkbox and tap Delete account
- Confirm in the dialog to complete the deletion

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at:
Subject Line: DELETE ACCOUNT
Please include your registered email address and username. We'll process your request within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete
- Your profile is anonymized (name becomes "Deleted User", avatar is removed)
- You won't be able to log in anymore
- Future events you created will be cancelled and attendees notified
- Your clubs will be archived
- Past activity (messages, event history, reviews) is preserved but shown anonymously
⚠️ Important Information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, events, clubs, or any associated data.
Data Retention & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Upon account deletion:
- Your personal information (name, avatar, email) is removed or anonymized
- You will no longer be able to log in to the app
- Past messages and reviews are preserved but shown as "Deleted User" to maintain context for other users
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
