Create an event

For hosts · 1:22 video · iPhone and Android

Got a session coming up? Create it as an event in Harley and your members hear about it the moment you publish. Set the time, the spots and the price, then share the link with anyone else you want there.

Club event or individual event?

Your host dashboard has a card for each club you run, plus an individual card, Your name’s meets, for one-off games. Each has its own Create event button.

  • Club event: runs under your club, and every member is notified when you publish it. Your club’s sport and venue fill in for you. Make it public or members only. Paid events take card payments once you’ve set up card payments, plus PayID or any other method saved in your club’s settings.
  • Individual event: no club needed. Up to 8 players, and always public. If it’s paid, you collect the money yourself, in cash or by bank transfer. Card payments aren’t available.

  4. Your club and sport are already set. Pick a skill level, then tap Next.

Choose when and where

  2. Set how long you’ll play. Your club’s venue is filled in for you.

Set the spots and price
