Join a private club

Got a link from your host? Here's how to get from that link to a booked spot at their next session. It takes about five minutes, plus however long your host takes to approve you.

Download Harley

  1. Go to harleymeets.com on your iPhonephone and tap the App StoreGoogle Play button.
  2. Tap GetInstall to install Harley. It’s free.
  3. When it’s done, tap Open.

Create your account

  1. Tap Continue with Apple, or Google if you prefer.Continue with Google.
  2. Answer a few quick setup questions, like which sports you play and where you are.

Open the link your host sent you. It takes you to the club’s page in Harley. Private clubs need the host to approve you before you can book.

If you don’t have the link, ask your host to send it again. Private clubs don’t show up in search.

Request to join

  1. Tap Request to join.
  2. Write a quick hello to the host.
  3. Tick both boxes, then tap Submit request.

Your host reviews your request. You’ll get a notification as soon as you’re approved.

Join the event and pay

  1. Open the Events tab and tap your session.
  2. Tap Join, then choose card or PayID.
  3. Review your booking and pay. Apple PayGoogle Pay works too.
