Take PayID payments for your club

Prefer to be paid straight into your bank account? Add your PayID once, and players can choose it when they join your paid events. When their payment lands, you mark them as paid in Harley.

Open your payment methods

  1. On your dashboard, tap Manage club.
  2. Open the Settings tab and tap Accepted payment methods.

Add your PayID

  1. Tap Add a payment method, then PayID. Cash, bank transfer and Beem are supported too.
  2. Enter your PayID: your mobile number or email.
  3. Add the name it’s registered to. Players see it at checkout.
  4. Tap Save, then Save methods.

Create a paid event

Tap Create event on your club. On a paid event, Card and PayID are already switched on. This applies to events you create from now on.

Mark players as paid

  1. Players choose PayID when they join, and see your PayID once they’ve joined.
  2. When the money arrives, open the event’s payments.
  3. Tap the circle next to the player, then tap Mark paid.
