Set up card payments

Once you've created your club, connect it to Stripe so players can pay for your events by card. Stripe handles the payments and sends the money to your bank. Have your bank account details handy before you start.

Open your payment settings

  1. On your dashboard, tap Manage club.
  2. Open the Settings tab and tap Payments.
  3. Tap Get started.

Create or log in to Stripe

Stripe handles your payments. Follow the steps to create a Stripe account, or log in with one you already have.

Choose your business type

For Business type, most clubs should choose Individual / Sole Trader.

Don’t pick Not-for-profit (NFP), even if you run your club socially. It’s only for registered non-profit organisations.

Add your details and bank account

  1. Enter the personal details Stripe asks for, and the bank account you want your payouts sent to.
  2. Check everything, then tap Agree and submit.

Back in Harley, you’re all set once Stripe has checked your details. This can take 1–2 business days. Then you can create paid events, players pay by card, and payouts land in your bank every week.
